1. What’s included in the Free plan?

The Free plan includes access to core features like spreadsheets, boards, slides, manual editing, and up to 20 AI messages per month. It also supports team collaboration for up to 3 users and nearly all manual tools. You can also create Publick Links in free plan.

2. What do I get with the Premium plan?

Premium unlocks more themes, Advanced AI Mode with deeper analysis, smarter suggestions, and richer outputs. It also includes 200 monthly AI messages, all export options, and larger team collaboration (up to 20 users).

3. What do I get with the Pro plan?

The Pro plan includes everything in Premium — plus unlimited AI messages and priority customer support.
It’s ideal for power users, advanced workflows, or large teams that rely heavily on AI features.

4. Is there a discount for annual subscriptions?

Yes! All annual plans (Premium & Pro) are 30% cheaper than paying monthly.

5. Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely. You can switch between monthly and annual billing, or move between Free, Premium, and Pro anytime from the Billing view in Settings. If you need assistance, please contact our support team.

6. How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing, click Manage your current plan, and then click Cancel Subscription.
You’ll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

7. What happens when I cancel? Will I lose my data?

Canceling will downgrade your account to the Free plan after your billing cycle ends.
You won’t lose your data — but Premium and Pro features will become inaccessible until you re-subscribe.

8. How is “per seat” pricing calculated?

Bricks charges per active user in your workspace. So if you have 5 users on a Premium or Pro plan, you’ll be billed for 5 seats.

9. Can I get a custom or enterprise plan?

Yes! If you’re working in a team and need an Enterprise plan, contact us at
hello@thebricks.com.

10. Where can I find my invoices or payment history?

All your billing history and downloadable invoices are available at
Settings → Billing → Manage your current plan.

11. Who do I contact if I have an issue with billing?

Use the Help button inside the app or email support describing your issue.
